Dr. R T Ravi, Chairman and Founder
Dr R T Ravi, is an experienced technocrat with over 30 years experience in industrial management and consultancy. A post-graduate in Science with specialization in Biochemistry, Dr Ravi gained valuable experience both in India and overseas. Prior to establishing KBIL Dr Ravi worked at Alembic Chemicals, Jagajit Industries Ltd and EID Parry Ltd.
Mr. Manish Kumar Jain, Managing Director & CEO
Mr. Manish Kumar Jain has done his B.Com from Ajmer University, Ajmer. He is a Chartered Accountant having over 27 years of experience in Finance, Business Development, Due Diligence, Taxation, Sales & Marketing (International and Domestic), Sourcing, Resource Planning, Change Management, Legal and IT. He has Leadership experience in managing various businesses including worked with PE backed multinational organization. He has travelled extensively all over the world and developed effective relationship with leading Consumer care/FMCG companies including many MNC’s.
Mr. Pabitrakumar Kalipada, Non-Executive Director
Bhattacharyya is pursuing MBA (Finance) from IGNOU at present, he holds a Bachelor’s degree B.Tech. (Chemical) from UDCT in 1993 and is a graduate in B.Sc Chemistry (Hons.) from Calcutta University in 1989. He has experience of working in established Pharma Company’s in which he played the role of Planning project activities viz. scoping, estimation, tracking, account level profitability, proposal making, resource planning, change management, delivery management & post implementation support, heading of the process engineering and technology transfer/commercialization new API and intermediates etc.
Avinash Ravi, Non-Executive Director
Avinash is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia where he studied Bioprocess Engineering specialising in fermentation.  Avinash joined KBIL in 2002 and has made significant contributions to KBIL including establishing the first line of statin production and building a cogeneration power plant.

Popatlal Mukanchand Kathariya, Independent Director
Mr. Kathariya is Graduate in Commerce and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He is practicing as Chartered Accountants since 1978 and is having vast experience in the audit and taxation field.
Dipti Chinubhai Shah, Independent Director
Ms. Dipti Shah, by qualification is B.Com and LL.B and is also a Solicitor from England and Wales. She is practising as an Advocate at the High Court of Judicature at Mumbai and as Solicitor from England & Wales.
Satya Prakash Chigurupati, Independent Director
Mr. Satya Prakash Chigurupati is Graduate in Commerce and Law. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has worked in Cement Industry for 15 years as Chief of Finance and Accounts. Subsequently he started his own practice as Chartered Accountants and he is in practice for the past 20 years.
Sumanth Karlapudi, Independent Director
Mr. Sumanth is Graduate in Commerce and Law. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Mr. Sumanth Karlapudi having vast experience in the field of Finance, Taxation and Strategic Planning.
